Beautiful villa for 10 people, with private pool and air conditioning in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. The villa is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the charming center of Ferragudo. In the vicinity of Ferragudo are a number of beaches, including the beach Praia Grande. This beach is very suitable for children because of its quiet location at the mouth of the River Arade. In addition, the Atlantic beaches, with typical Portuguese rocks, Praia de Pintadinho and Praia dos Caneiros are just a 8-minute drive away. You can also visit the town of Portimão which is a 5-minute drive away.





Accommodation: 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

On the first floor you will find a living room, with air conditioning, which is equipped with two sofas, armchair, TV with international channels and a dining table with chairs. Also on the first floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen is also situated on the first floor. This spacious kitchen, with air conditioning, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

A staircase takes you to the second floor. Here are also two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The shared spacious bathroom has two sinks, walk-in shower, bidet and toilet.

All these bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the balcony.

In the basement is the fifth bedroom (on the same level as the garden). This bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Here is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra room with a washing machine and an extra room which can be used as a playroom with games and books. There is also a ping pong table.



Outside:

You will find the private pool of 8x4 meters, which is equipped with salt water. This protects swimwear from discoloration and prevents excessive drying of the skin. Over the pool is an electric pool cover that keeps the water at a pleasant temperature in the spring and autumn. At the corner of the pool is an outdoor shower. There is also a swing with swing board and rocking chair. There is an additional outdoor area with garden tables and chairs and a fixed barbecue and sink. A wonderful place to enjoy a meal overlooking the pool.

At the front of the house you have parking space for two cars on private property.
