Adjacent to this space, you will find one bedroom containing a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with an ensuite shower, WC, and satellite TV. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a separate WC. The upper floor accommodates additional sleeping quarters with one room featuring both a sofabed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a shower, WC, and satellite TV, with exit access to the balcony. Two additional rooms on this level each contain a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, shower, WC, and satellite TV, with exit access to the balcony.
