This luxurious maisonette spread over two floors comfortably sleeps four. The medieval building gives way to a modern interior which features two bright and airy bedrooms overlooking the harbour and coast. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and washing machine, this opens to the large dining table seating six. The attractive living space seats up to four people with a flat-screen TV, WIFI and large French windows that lead out onto a private terrace. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs that seat four and charcoal for a meal in the moonlight or just to relax in the sun. The villa is well located just a stone’s throw from Mgarr Harbour in the Chambray Fort. The complex itself features two magnificent communal swimming pools, perfect to keep the children occupied. Ample deck space, with sun loungers and outdoor seating which takes full advantage of the sensational harbour and Mediterranean sea views. It\'s also a wonderful place to begin the walk along the coastal path by the sea cliffs.

Location

Just a short 15-minute walk away you will find yourself at the Mgarr Harbour, here you will find bistros, bars, and restaurants which provide varied entertainment and nightlife. Mgarr itself has a small grocery store, with larger supermarkets to be found in Victoria. Within this local area, you can visit the popular beaches of Gorgun and the Xatt I-Ahmar salt pans, as well as scuba dive in various wrecks and reefs around the southern shoreline. The main town of Gozo is Victoria, accessible by a quick 15-minute car journey. Victoria is an ancient medieval town famous for its Citadel and fortifications with many museums and tours dedicated to showcasing its ancient history.

Mgarr Harbour is also home to the Gozo ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport. The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny. The remarkably mild winters with piercing blue skies make it ideal for long rambles in the lush and verdant countryside.
