The villa is well located just a stone’s throw from Mgarr Harbour in the historic Chambray Fort. The complex itself features two magnificent communal swimming pools, perfect to keep the children occupied. Ample deck space, with sun loungers and outdoor seating, takes full advantage of the sensational harbour and Mediterranean Sea view, it is also a wonderful starting point to walk the sea path along the cliffs.

Location
Just a short 15-minute walk away you will find yourself at the Mgarr Harbour, here you will find bars, restaurants featuring freshly caught seafood and grocery stores. Within this local area, it is possible to visit the popular beaches of Gorgun and the Xatt I-Ahmar salt pans, as well as scuba dive in various wrecks and reefs around the southern shoreline. The main town of Gozo is Victoria, accessible by a quick 15-minute car journey Victoria is an ancient medieval town famous for its Citadel and fortifications with many museums and tours dedicated to showcasing its ancient history.
Mgarr Harbour is also home to the Gozo ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with easy public transport and highway connections to the international airport. The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny. The remarkably mild winters with piercing blue skies make it ideal for long rambles in the lush and verdant countryside.
