Finca Sierra is an attractive stone-clad country house with a private pool situated in the desirable area of La Font. Nestled in the countryside with lovely mountain views the house is approximately a 30-minute walk/5 minute drive to old town Pollenca with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollenca are just 10 minutes by car. The elegant interior is furnished to a good standard with local pine furnishings and fittings making it a comfortable holiday home for 8 guests. Upon entering is a large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the lounge with a wood-burner, satellite TV, DVD player and French doors opening to the pool-side terrace and gardens. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast table and a washing machine is housed in the utility room. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and one pretty twin bedroom has an adjacent full bath/shower room. Stairs lead up from the hall to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing one family full bath/shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating (on a timer - in line with local energy saving initiatives). Outside, the large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well-kept gardens. A special feature of the house is the separate conservatory/outdoor kitchen with washing facilities, a cooker and a brick-built barbecue whilst the adjacent covered terrace is perfect for al-fresco meals. A pool table and table tennis are provided for extra entertainment.
