Situated just 3 minutes from Pollenca golf course, less than 10 minutes drive to Pollenca old town and 15 minutes to Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. The house has lovely views across the countryside, golf course, hills and pine forests to the mountains and the Monastery on top of the Puig de Maria. The interiors are typically Mallorcan in style with beamed ceilings, tiled floors and traditional furnishings that are distributed over 3 levels. On the ground level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, a utility room with a pantry, a shower room and a lounge/dining room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and access to the large L-shaped covered terrace. Stairs from the hall lead to the next level with a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have lovely views and the master has the added benefit of a private balcony. Continuing up the staircase to the third level, there is a further bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a landing area with beautiful views over the golf course and to the Monastery on top of the Puig de Maria. All bedrooms are air-conditioned/heated and have built-in wardrobes. Outside, the shady furnished terrace is a great place to relax and it's also gated to the steps leading down to the enchanting garden with ample lawn areas for children to play. A sun terrace with loungers surrounds an inviting private pool and to the side is a little barbeque pavilion with a brick-built barbecue, a Mallorcan sink and a food preparation space, perfect for lovers of grilled meals and al fresco dining.
