Casa Almudena is a stylish townhouse with a private pool, large terrace and a fabulous alfresco dining area that is situated in the heart of old town Pollenca’s historic quarter and just a few minutes walk from the fantastic main square lined with pavement café bars, restaurants and shops. On entering, there is a dining area and a separate large lounge with comfortable sofas, flat-screen, satellite TV and DVD player. Steps lead down to a lovely and modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a table and chairs to use during breakfast time and a storeroom with lots of space. The kitchen has access to the swimming pool area and terraces. The 4 bedrooms are on the upper levels, they comprise of two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and two doubles with en-suite bathrooms. The master double has direct access not only to the pool area but also to an upper terrace that enjoys very beautiful views over the town of Pollenca and to the bay of Port de Pollenca. The pool area is unusually large for a townhouse and very well designed, it has an elegant swimming pool with roman steps, surrounded by a stone terrace that is beautifully lit at night. There is a poolside shower, a sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds, an exterior toilet, and a fantastic covered outdoor kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, built-in barbecue and great exterior furniture, perfect for grilled meals and al fresco dining.
