The open plan living/dining area has a large sofa bed, an extra bed for children, Smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you can access the balcony which has another table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining sheltered by a brand new awning.

Back inside, the open plan kitchen at the back of the living area is equipped with everything you need for stress-free catering: Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker.

Location
The apartment complex is located in a quiet, residential area of the town of Desenzano del Garda, on the southern shore of Lake Garda, Italy\'s largest lake. Desenzano del Garda has 3 beaches and is a popular holiday resort, with people enjoying a stroll through the main squares, Piazza Malvezzi and Piazza Matteotti (6 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot). Desenzano\'s postcard-perfect harbour, the Porto Vecchio, is lined with cafés and restaurants to suit all budgets.

Away from the lake, the 14th-century castle - Castello Desenzano del Garda (20 minutes\' walk) dominates the town. There is also a famous Roman villa with extensive mosaics and an excellent museum (13 minutes\' walk). On the first Sunday of the month, from May to November, you can hunt for bargains at the antique and vintage clothing market in Via Angelo Anelli (20 minutes\' walk).
