Villa Evaggelia is a welcoming, spacious villa with a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and extensive private gardens with private pool, enjoying a spectacular location in the famous resort of Sidari, just steps away from beach, shops, restaurants, bars. Thanks to its space, layout, newly added private swimming pool, cozy interiors, unbeatable value for money, Villa Evaggelia is the perfect choice for families, friends, or large groups traveling to the beautiful island of Corfu and that want to be in easy reach of sandy beach as well as facilities without the need to rely on a car. Sleeping comfortably up to 16 people in air-conditioned interiors surrounded by lush gardens (fenced) with private pool, and carefully designed to provide space for gatherings or dining together yet ensuring privacy when required or at night, Villa Evaggelia will impress you!



Inside, the property is divided into 5 self-contained units, split over 2 lovely houses surrounded by extensive private grounds, rented exclusively together as WHOLE INDEPENDENT VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL able to accommodate up to 16 guests (please note that the units cannot be rented separately, this property is ONLY AVAILABLE AS A WHOLE PRIVATE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL). This guarantees the exclusive use of all the areas, yet provides privacy at night or when required. The 5 units are organised as follows, for the convenience of the guests:

HOUSE 1:

1 x unit with 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), fully equipped kitchen/dining area for all the guests, bathroom

1 x unit with open plan room (studio, 2 single beds that guests can join to form a double + single sofa bed), kitchenette, bathroom

1 x unit with open plan room (studio, 2 single beds that guests can join to form a double), kitchenette, bathroom.

HOUSE 2:

1 x unit with 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), kitchenette, seating area, bathroom

1 x unit with 2 bedrooms (both bedrooms have twin beds), kitchenette, seating area, bathroom.

The property is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate).



Apart from the extensive gardens with shrubls, trees and flowers, guests staying at Villa Evaggelia can enjoya large private swimming pool (measuring 10m x 5m, depth 1.6m), reserved for their exclusive use. It is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, parasols, as well as with a shaded dining area with brick built barbecue where all the 16 guests can dine together if they wish. A true delight! Although a car is not necessary, private secure parking is available within the property.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week with change of towels. A refundable security deposit of euros 300 has to be paid on arrival and is refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the property.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 10 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.
