Installed on the lower level of a 2-storey chalet, it offers a beautiful space for a small family or two couples, 1.2 km from the centre of Chamonix, close to cable cars and shops, with sheets and towels included and large parking.

Deposit

A refundable deposit is required for each stay.

As a property management company, this is part of our standard procedure.



The amount of the deposit appears during payment on Airbnb before confirmation of your booking.



Who are we?

We are Care Concierge, a professional property management company overseeing more than 200 accommodations in Chamonix, Les Houches and Saint-Gervais.



We are not private Airbnb hosts. We do not meet travellers except upon request. We have offices in each region and our local team is at your disposal to assist you throughout your stay.



Provided Articles

Each accommodation includes essential products (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.

It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary.



For chimneys or washing machines, please purchase the wood and detergent yourself, as we do not provide these items.

This apartment is non-smoking. It is only permitted to smoke outside.



PARKING

The accommodation has an external parking area, you can park in the driveway in front of the chalet.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic equipment you need for cooking.



COFFEE MACHINE

Two coffee machines (Nespresso) with capsules filter are at your disposal.



LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM

The living room has a sofa.

You will find a television with cable, DVDs and some board games.



WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.



We wish for you to fully enjoy the great outdoors and the magnificent mountains of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The apartment, away from the main road, remains close to all amenities. Refer to the guide sent for access. The departure for the Tour du Mont-Blanc is in front of the tourist office; for any advice, ask us.
