Villa Juanita with a private pool is a delightful family villa for 6 guests set in a quiet location in the countryside yet perfectly situated just a 10/15 minute drive to Pollenca old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. The house is all on one level, furnished and decorated in the traditional Majorcan style with whitewashed walls and light-coloured tiled floors giving it a bright demeanour. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and breakfast table. A comfortable lounge/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player which gives access to a pretty garden terrace. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, a twin bedroom with a new en-suite shower room and a double plus a further twin that share a full bathroom. The third bathroom is accessed from the outside, a modern exterior shower room and toilet. Outside, you will also find a large covered and furnished terrace, a built-in barbecue for meals al fresco and an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a lawn edged with trees and shrubs.
