OUTDOOR offers: Private, heated 8m x 4m pool with an attached whirlpool featuring hydromassage and a sitting bench for 4 adults. Both with synchronized water temperature for ultimate relaxation and an infinity edge. A sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, outdoor and covered dining area with barbecue.

GROUND FLOOR offers a spacious living and dining area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, A/C, and an exit to the pool area.
Bedroom No1 with 2 single beds, A/C. A family bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The lower ground floor offers a playroom with a TV, a sofa, and a Play Station 4.

FIRST FLOOR offers: Master bedroom No2 with king-size bed, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with amazing and open sea views.
Bedroom No. 3 with king-size bed, TV, A/C, and a balcony with sea views. Bedroom No4 with two single beds, A/C, TV, and a balcony.

The parking place is secured for 2 cars and is located 50m from the villa.
