This modern appartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful historical building offers all convenience for a perfect stay. The open plan kitchen and daylight soaked living room are fully equipped and airconditioned. The recently renovated bathroom offers a pleasant rainshower, with a separate toilet located in the entrance hallway.

Utilities include hair dryer, laundry facility, waste disposal, a flatscreen TV, combi microwave-oven, induction hob, american style coffee machine and toaster and washing machine among others.

Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets are also 4-5 minutes walking distance from here and facilitate an effortless self-catered stay. Meanwhile, the old town centre of Nice and the famous Mediterranean square - Place Mássena, are only a 15-minutes’ walk from here!

The closest international airport is Nice Côte d’ Azur, approximately a 15-minute’s drive away. The tramstop is a 5 minute walk from the appartment with direct access to the Airport and only 1 stop to the famous Place Massena.
