This 3- bedroom house has 3 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchen and 2 living rooms.

Private outdoor swimming pool is surrouded by sun loungers and parasols, and guests can also relax on an outdoor dining area.

Villa has a konoba, a room traditional for Istria, where guests can relax an prepare delicious meals.

It's 5 km away from Labin, and 9 km away from Rabac, which has a few beaches very suitable for families with children because of its contents.

Nedescina has an old castle (19th century) surrounded by a park with a lot of plant species.



Scuba center is located in Sv. Marina.
