Recently renovated 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom apartment on the Monte Dourado resort in the heart of Carvoeiro. The apartment has been totally renovated and refurbished to a high standard throughout and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

This first floor apartment is one of 12 which share a spacious pool area consisting of a large pool and a smaller children's pool, an outdoor shower, sunbeds and parasols. Guests also have use of four other pools on the Monte Dourado complex, one of which is heated during the winter.

A bright and spacious hallway leads to a newly fitted open plan kitchen, complete with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The light and airy lounge has a dining table and chairs, two comfortable large sofas and a pellet burner - ideal for those winter stays. There is satellite TV with a good selection of channels including sports. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a south facing terrace which overlooks the pool area. The balcony has a table and chairs for dining and two sun loungers for relaxation.

There are two large bedrooms, the main bedroom has a super king bed, newly fitted wardrobes and looks out onto the south facing balcony. This bedroom also has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a single bed and a double bed and newly fitted wardrobes. Opposite, there is an additional bathroom with corner shower. Both bedrooms are bright and modern with new air conditioning units.

Tennis courts are also available to hire, for a small charge, from Monte Dourado reception.

Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024 and must be charged to all guests. The municipal tourist tax is charged per person/per night and applies to all guests over the age of 13 up to a maximum of 7 nights.
The tax is charged at 2 euros per person/per night in high season (1 April - 31 October) and 1 euro per person/per night in low season (1 Nov - 31 Mch).
