Villa S’Olivera is a smart 3 bedroom villa, situated in the popular resort of Calan Bosch. The bustling marina is a 20 minute stroll away, with an abundance of bars and restaurants. A smaller selection of eateries and a mini market can be found within a 10 minute walk. The resort has a water park and a beautiful sandy beach as well as being close to Ciutadella, Menorca’s charming old capital. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa S’Olivera is set in Cap D´Artrux, approximately 20 minutes’ amble from the marina, considered the heart of Calan Bosch resort. There are many bars, restaurants and cafes here that offer a varied selection of food and drinks. The resort also has a waterpark called Aguarock which is open in the summer months, offering fun for all the family. The 2 beaches are sandy, picturesque settings suitable for families and couples alike. Outside of Calan Bosch, you could visit the historic old capital Ciutadella. Why not explore its narrow atmospheric streets, ample shops and beautiful harbour area?

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
