Villa Sirenita is ideal for anyone wanting a choice of shops and restaurants, as well as the waterpark right on their doorstep! Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat have merged over time to form one of the islands largest resorts meaning there is lots to see and do nearby. A choice of coves and beaches are also easily accessible on foot and Ciutadella is well worth a visit, either by taxi or bus. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sirenita, along with neighbouring villas Dolfi and Orca (translated as Mermaid, Dolphin and Whale), is ideally located for anyone not wanting to hire a car on their villa holiday. Calan Forcat's bay, the waterpark, shops and restaurants are all 10 minutes away on foot, whilst the sandy beaches of Calan Blanes and Cala Picas are both within a mile. The islands old historic capital of Ciutadella is also nearby and is well worth a visit, either by taxi or bus.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
