This beautifully appointed, luxurious, top floor apartment is in a quiet and secluded position high above the village of Peyia yet within a few minutes walk of the old centre with its restaurants, tavernas, Greek supermarket and tree-lined, shady village square.
From the covered balcony area with its comfortable seating, the stunning view stretches across Peyia towards the coastline to the south. The sun sets over the mountains to the west and both make for glorious scenes - day or night.
The apartment has a fully fitted Italian kitchen and is compete with everything needed to ensure your stay is perfect including large American style fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher and washing machine, oven and hob, breakfast bar with bar stools and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans! The relaxed lounge area has two three-seater sofas, side tables and a tv. With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms it is the ideal base for one or two couples to have a peaceful, restful break or to use as a base for exploring further afield
State of the art air conditioning/heating throughout and excellent wi-fi will complete your stay at any time of the year. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied so you don't have to bring your own! Don't worry about climbing the stairs either as there is a lift to take you and your luggage up and down.
Outside, the fabulous infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sandstone terraces with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The pool also has a jacuzzi with iPod docking station. Changing rooms are beneath it along with a shower. At night the pool is lit and becomes a magical sight!
Peyia is a 30 minute journey from Paphos airport, 25 minutes from four championship golf courses and 10 minutes from the unspoilt Akamas peninsula where you may be lucky and see turtles laying their eggs on the protected beaches
The village has everything from banks, doctors surgeries, police station, pharmacies and petrol station to butchers and greengrocers and bakeries selling wonderful pastries.
The nearby resort of Coral Bay with its long sandy beach, shops and restaurants is a five minute drive away. The World Heritage sites of Kato Paphos or the further-afield one at Kourion are a must for anyone visiting the island as is a day trip to the Troodos mountains
