The newly built with modern design and all modern amenities Spartia Suites are located on a verdant mountainous slope of olive trees groves and cypress trees in the area of Spartia Volimon, an ideal destination for relaxing holidays with unobstructed, panoramic view to the Ionian Sea, the island of Agios Nikolaos, Kefalonia and the east coasts of the island. The suites harmoniously blend the beauties of the Zakynthian landscape with modern architecture and provide absolute tranquility away from the noise of everyday life with stunning views of the Ionian Sea.

With a simple, modern design, the two independent suites are surrounded by impressive stone walls that are in perfect harmony with the natural environment, satisfying the visitors needs for absolute privacy. Each suite measures 45 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. The bedroom, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen are all combined into a comfortable, single space.

The large balcony doors in both suites lead to the spacious and fully equipped terraces and heated infinity pools while allowing the beauty of the natural environment to invade the interiors. Nothing can be compared to a refreshing dip in the comfort of your own space with incomparable views of the endless blue of the Ionian Sea, something that Spartia Suites generously offer to their guests.

Volimes is one of the most quality destinations on the island away from the noise of mass tourism and is an ideal choice for those seeking to combine quality with the peace and tranquility of the area. It has a picturesque harbour with plenty of seaside restaurants and tourist shops.There are also plenty daily boat departures for the famous blue caves with the crystal blue waters as well as the famous shipwreck. From the port of Agios Nikolaos Volimon you can also visit the neighboring island of Kefalonia.

Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 2 euros per night.

The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.

Tap water is not drinkable.

Please note that pool heating is available on request at an additional charge of 60 per night. We require at least 5 days' notice to activate the heating in advance.
