Finca Calvari is a traditional rustic style Mallorcan house with a private pool that offers a very convenient location just 10 minutes walk to old town Pollenca and 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port de Pollenca. The house sleeps 6 guests and is situated in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles. Distributed over two levels, the interiors include traditional features, wooden beam ceilings, exposed stone walls and even most of the original stone flooring can be seen on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms (1 x double/2 x twins) and 2 shared bathrooms on the upper floor. Downstairs, the kitchen has a breakfast table and is fully equipped (vitroceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave). There are two living areas, a lounge with comfortable sofas, a wood-burner fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, and a second lounge with a seating area, ideal for reading. The outside space includes a covered terrace, dining table and a built-in barbecue area as well as a handy shower room/toilet. A paved sun terrace with potted plants, loungers surrounds a private triangular private pool with views of the mountains.
