On entering the property, there is a spacious beamed hallway with a marble staircase to the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one double with an en-suite shower room and two twins that share a separate shower room. There is a further shower room on the ground floor along with a light and airy open-plan living space incorporating a fully equipped modern kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, etc) a lovely dining table for 6 and a comfortable corner seating area. From here, glass sliding doors open out to a private internal courtyard terrace, where you'll find sun loungers and a small plunge pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The owners' attention to detail and dedication to the guest experience continues with a superb covered alfresco dining area, a brick-built barbecue, lounge seating by the pool and steps to a first-floor terrace with space for two loungers to take in the sunshine, overlooking the pool below and the rooftops of Pollensa beyond.
