We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. Established in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant, later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia and, lately Casa De Rosa Apartments & Studios in Svoronata.
They feature an infinity swimming pool with a non-chemical eco cleaning system.
Oskars Studios & Apartments are located in Lassi, at the capital of Kefalonia - Argostoli.
Just 100 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the fully organized Kalamia beach, at the romantic and scenic Fanari Lighthouse route.
All rooms offer fantastic view over the Ionian sea, the sunset and the area of Palliki Peninsula as well as the coastline of Kefalonia.
The location is such that offers visitors quick and easy access to the commercial center of Argostoli, and to some of the most famous, beautiful and cosmopolitan beaches of Kefalonia, Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos.
It is also nearby to some of the most picturesque beaches of Lassi Mediterranee, Paliostafida, Gradakia, Kalamia and Fanari.
The 3-star complex operates with a license of the Greek National Tourism Organization. It is a complex of Apartments and Studios fully equipped that can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
All rooms have double glazing, furnished balconies, WC, a/c, flat screen tv, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator. In the public areas of the complex you will find a private parking. There is also a beautiful garden full of flowers, citrus and fruit trees ideal for you to relax or for a picnic.
In the bar of the complex you can enjoy drinks, ice creams and various snacks, while in the famous Oskars Restaurant you will be thrilled with our wonderful menu.
