Our apartment is an urban concept with a cozy and comfortable character. It is located next to the Maria Zambrano Station and the bus station, with direct communication with the airport in 8 minutes by suburban train. At the same time, about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. In the surroundings, less than one km away, there are 2 shopping centers and a department store, with restaurants and leisure options. In the vicinity there are supermarkets, gym and public parkig of payment.


Although the apartment is not within the historic center, you can reach it after a walk of less than 20 minutes. However, the communications are very good to arrive from the airport or by train or bus. El Corte Inglés is about 600 m away, the Vialia Shopping Center is about 300 m away, and the Larios Shopping Center is about 500 m away, with a wide range of shopping, leisure and restaurants.
