It is a beautiful seaside village that stretches from the foothills of the hill of Skopos and ends up on an attractive sandy beach. It is one of the most touristically growing and crowded areas of the island. It is famous for its intense nightlife and natural beauties. From Argassi you can explore the hill of Skopos, making a walk at an altitude of 758 meters where you will be rewarded for the splendid view of the island, the mountain scenery and the sharp, steep rocks.

You will be amazed by the wild orchids and the rare butterflies that you will meet. As reported there, the goddess Artemis lived in antiquity. Also at the top of this mountain is the church of Panagia Skopiotissa built in 1624. Still you can admire the half-broken bridge leading to the sea, the arch in Vrysakia or the country house of the first Greek Prime Minister, Ioannis Kapodistrias, who now functions as a fun center.
