No need for car hire, buses, or taxis, you will find yourself in centre of Marbella Old Town, amid narrow whitewashed cobble streets and flower adorned balconies, bodegas (Spanish wineries), authentic tapas bars with terraces surrounded by beautiful urban gardens and orange trees, independent shops with character, all of it being walking distance from a buzzing port and beach promenade.

The house is part of the original Old Town architecture and is in a quiet picturesque side street. It has a large comfortable lounge with dining area leading in to the fully fitted kitchen. You will find home-from-home comfort with modern flat screen TV and log burning stove, perfect for evenings on a winter getaway. The sofa converts into a 6 ft bed allowing the house to sleep 8 people comfortably, complete with guest toilet downstairs. There is a private internal courtyard with outdoor furniture which is a traditional feature in those types of houses, an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or lunch, read or simply relax in the shade. Free WIFI available throughout to allow full internet access anywhere in the house.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. These include a master bedroom with ensuite and a balcony overlooking the street, a second double bedroom with built in wardrobes and directly adjacent to the family shower room, and finally a third bedroom with twin beds.

A major plus side for this property is the rooftop terrace complete with a large pergola which gets the sun all day long. Enjoy the afternoon "Spanish Siesta" on the sun loungers provided or catch the final day's rays with a nice beverage after a day at the beach.

With the whole of Marbella within walking distance, you may not find the need to go elsewhere but if you do, a short 10-minute taxi ride or bus journey will take you to the exclusive Marina of Puerto Banus.
