The property is situated in a peaceful area, surrounded by picturesque countryside and offers superb views of the Tramuntana Mountains and Boquer Valley. Casa Raul sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that are tastefully decorated with a traditional touch. On the ground floor, there is one double, one twin and two full bathrooms, a further twin bedroom is upstairs, it's particularly spacious and accessed via a staircase directly into the room, from here you also have access to a large private terrace with wonderful far-reaching views. Downstairs, the open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace, a flat-screen TV, dining table/chairs and the beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows create a real Spanish feel. The fully equipped country-style kitchen adjoins the living room and has plenty of storage and a small breakfast bar. The attractive outside space includes a private pool, brick-built barbecue and a wrap-around covered terrace. The pool and sunbathing area is surrounded by a tiled terrace and edged with a small lawn - perfect for sunbathing whilst the terrace is furnished with a large table, benches, and a chill-out seating area. Accessed via an electric gate Casa Raul provides a private retreat for relaxing holidays in a picturesque setting whilst being close to Port de Pollensa. Whether you choose to dine along the seafront, in the square, by the marina or along the Pine Walk, you will be spoilt for choice!
