Casa Daniela is a charming 2-bedroom country house with a private pool that offers a convenient location 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk to the old town of Pollenca and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port de Pollenca. Set over one floor there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (cold/heat) that share a family bathroom. The combined, split level lounge and dining area have plenty of seating and the wooden beamed ceiling and whitewashed walls give the villa a real Spanish atmosphere. Patio doors from the dining area open onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a small breakfast bar with stools for your morning coffee. The garden and pool area are screened by a row of cypress trees that provide privacy, and the grounds are dotted with orange and lemon trees. The lawn and sun terrace gives plenty of space to sunbathe on lazy days spent by the private pool and a shaded terrace and a brick-built barbecue for al fresco dining.
