Designed for comfort and relaxation, the property features a private terrace, a shared garden, and access to two swimming pools (16 x 7 m and 5 x 3 m, open May–September). The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge-freezer, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and a fireplace, and a cozy bedroom with a double bed.
