While the property provides a peaceful, smoke-free, and pet-free environment, the wider complex offers fantastic seasonal facilities. From early April to the end of October, guests can enjoy access to shared swimming pools, providing the perfect spot for a refreshing dip under the French sun.

Convenience is key at this well-located bungalow. Travelers arriving by car will appreciate the free on-site parking, while those coming by plane or train are within easy reach of Nantes and La Rochelle airports or the local station.

Note: Please be aware of additional fees for pool badges, optional end-of-stay cleaning (€200), or linen and towel rentals, which must be pre-booked with the owner (Towel €15 per person and Linen €20 per person). Guests are otherwise responsible for cleaning the unit and bringing their own linens and towels.
