The house enjoys a stunning view of the valley and the pool, and is just a 5-minute drive from Castelfranco di Sopra. It sits on a historic farm estate with five additional buildings and 5 hectares of gardens, vineyards, and olive trees. The farm produces its own organic wine, olive oil, vin santo, vinegar, honey, and jam, with fresh vegetables from the garden available. Belvedere has been a center for agriculture since the 13th century.

The home’s rustic interior exudes a warm Tuscan atmosphere, with interconnecting rooms and charming small stairways. The living room and kitchen both open onto a garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing in the countryside. Access the house you have to go through IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS FOR REACHING THE HOUSE. Arriving from the North on the A1 motorway: exit INCISA REGGELLO DO NOT follow the navigator. Follow directions for CASTELFRANCO di Sopra, from Castelfranco take for PIANDISCO. After 1 km (bridge at Mandri), before the bridge turn right for "PULICCIANO" (uphill and narrow road). In PULICCIANO take for BELVEDERE N° 1-5, along Via Del BELVEDERE: last 500 m white road, not asphalted. of unpaved road
