The flat is modern and cosily furnished and has a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view where you can enjoy relaxing evenings.

Niedernsill is located at an altitude of 769 metres, nestled in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Away from the main traffic routes, the charming village is surrounded by inviting alpine pastures, numerous excursion destinations and many adventures for young and old. There are also several golf courses with different numbers of holes in the surrounding area.

These ski areas offer a wide variety of pistes for different levels of difficulty.
