Located on Areias dos Moinhos just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this townhouse is ideally situated for a family holiday. On entrance level there is a fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. Stairs lead to the roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the sea and surrounding area.



On the lower level there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with patio doors leading to a covered terrace. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.

There is a shared swimming pool (12x6) which is shared between 22 properties. It has sun loungers for use and a separate children’s area.

The property is extremely well furnished and presented, ideal for families or friends.



The beach, shops and restaurants can all be easily accessed by foot but if you have a car there is private parking. Centeanes beach can accessed by foot in 10-15 minutes. This is an excellent beach for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.

Within a short drive there are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho. It is also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9 hole par three course which welcomes all ages and abilities so a great activity for all the family.
