Useful information: Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 22 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and/or also for groups of 3 and/or 4 persons, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
