Villa Mandalina (Ministry of Tourism License No: 07-1112) is part of the exclusive LaVanta estate, with its stunning panoramic sea views and beautiful landscaped gardens on private grounds, set amidst natural pine and olive groves.

Having been newly refurbished for 2022, its bright and airy interiors have a gorgeous modern Mediterranean feel as soon as you walk in and the fantastic sea views from the balconies are perfect to enjoy with a morning cup of coffee.

The villa is equipped with every comfort to make you feel at home. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with an extensive range of kitchenware, a cool, modern living room with an indoor dining area, and an inviting reading nook, which is also the perfect spot for a siesta!

Large French windows open up to the pool terrace and the manicured private garden filled with gorgeous Mediterranean flowers and comfy seating areas; a relaxing and tranquil place to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers, a shaded dining area for 6, a BBQ and cheerful bean bags under the shade of the palm trees.

All 3 of the beautiful bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) have been furnished to a very high standard, giving them a cool and relaxing feel. The master bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom and there are two other highly modernised bathrooms to share among the other guests. The double rooms have balconies with gorgeous sea views overlooking Kalkan.

Being part of the LaVanta estate, there are a host of additional facilities for you to enjoy. The 25m shared infinity pool with its fantastic views overlooking the Snake and Mouse islands is definitely the highlight among them! Next to the pool is the LaVanta Clubhouse, which includes a café and a bar with the same fantastic views. This area is perfect if you want a private villa with the option of meeting new people around the shared pool or in the pool bar. Being a gated community, LaVanta also has the advantage of having 24/7 security. Finally, thanks to its elevated position, LaVanta benefits from lovely cooling breezes, which is a blessing in the height of summer!
