The nearest town, Cintolese, is 1.5km. away and has a supermarket, pharmacy,post office, caffe’, bank and is only a short walk to a pizza/restaurant in the evening.

For sports lovers, there is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well. The villa is surrounded by a large and well cared-for garden with big, L-shaped pool (11 x 7 metres plus 4 x 5 metres ) and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers etc. Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains the lounge areat beside the pool is perfect for moments of relax, with a good book and a prosecco. The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products. In the garden there is also a barbeque area. There is a spacious parking area outside the gates, but still inside the property.
