Casa Balcón de Europa is a cosy and stylish apartment for up to 4 guests, located in the heart of the old town and just a stone's throw from the iconic Balcón de Europa. Casa Balcón de Europa is designed to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and plenty of storage space, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bright and open living room has a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) for two additional guests, making the apartment suitable for 4 people in total. The living room is combined with a dining area with a table for four, and there is a TV with Apple TV for relaxing evenings.

The living room leads out onto a wonderful south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the lively restaurant square and glimpses of the Balcón de Europa. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the city from a distance, while listening to the cockatiels singing in the nearby palm trees - a real taste of Nerja's charm. Despite its central location, the apartment is well soundproofed, ensuring quiet and restful nights.

The separate kitchen is fresh and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. From here you also have a glimpse of Nerja's picturesque streets and squares, making cooking an experience in itself. The spacious bathroom, located off the hall, is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and large washbasin. As an added bonus, you have access to a shared roof terrace, where you can hang laundry or just relax with stunning views of Nerja's rooftops, the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains.

The surroundings of the old town

Located in the heart of Nerja's old town, Casa Balcón de Europa is surrounded by narrow, whitewashed streets adorned with blooming bougainvillea and lively squares filled with local flavors. Right on your doorstep you'll find a wide range of restaurants - from traditional tapas bars like El Pulguilla with its fresh seafood to trendy cafes serving freshly brewed coffee and churros. Charming shops selling handmade jewellery, ceramics and Spanish delicacies are just around the corner, and every Tuesday you can visit Nerja's market (approx. 1.5 km, 20 minutes' walk) for fresh produce and local bargains.

The apartment's location puts you right in the middle of the action, but the balcony and roof terrace offer quiet corners to retreat to. The central location also means you're close to everything: from cultural events at the El Salvador Church (about 200 meters, 3 minutes' walk) to live music nights at nearby bars. Nerja's old town is a perfect blend of authentic Spanish culture and international flair, making every walk an experience.
