Villa Aphrodite is a new-built holiday rental property located in the village of Poulades Corfu, with two private pools (8m x 4m and 3m x2m), lovely gardens, air-conditioning (in the lounge area), and sunny terraces for anyone seeking to relax in the countryside away from it all. The local tavernas are approx. 3.0 km, and the nearest beaches are just a short drive away, as is the town of Corfu. This charming villa resides on two levels; it consists of 3 bedrooms with private shower rooms. It is rented in conjunction with the adjoining Suite (Aphrodite II) for a large family or party of seven or eight. It is also notable that its ground level is suitable for a wheelchair user, as is the next-door apartment.

Layout
The Main Villa

The main entrance leads onto an open space with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and balcony doors opening onto the front terraces close to the pool. A guest WC is located at the back of this open-plan space, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower, both wheelchair-accessible. An interior staircase lands on the upper level, a comfortable attic with a double bed and private shower room overlooking the living area below, and a side door opening onto a small private balcony over the pool.



The Suite

This self-contained Suite consists of one bedroom with a private shower room. It is rented in conjunction with the adjoining villa Aphrodite for a big family or party of seven people. It is also notable that the property is suitable for wheelchair users and the next-door villa. The main entrance opens onto a hall with a small kitchen, dining, and sitting area on its right-hand side. On the opposite side, it has been cleverly set a shower room with an adjacent double bedroom.



Pools and Terraces

The Main Pool

The private main pool is ideally located in the sunniest part of the garden, so it remains sunny for most of the day. It is surrounded by charming terraces, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the peaceful and virgin local countryside. Next to the pool are spacious terraces with the corresponding furniture and a built BBQ for those who wish to try their cooking skills whilst on holiday.



The Plunge Pool (Suite)

A small private plunge pool is established in the sunniest part of the garden of the Suite, at the front of the house, so it remains sunny for most of the day. It is surrounded by all the sunbathing or relaxing facilities, with views over the pristine countryside.

Villa Aphrodite, apart from being friendly to people with special needs, is also a pet-friendly home for anyone seeking to holiday without leaving behind his beloved four-legged friend.

We can be flexible with check-in and checkout time on request. The cleaner may be on the property even after the official check-in time. The cleaner will stay until the cleaning of the property is complete.
