Located on the 1st floor with elevator and secure entrance, the balcony opens onto the mountains and the iconic “Pointe de Nyon” which confirms its southern exposure. Although located in the bustling center of the resort the apartment remains quiet and away from the nightlife. It will be suitable for all members of your family.
It is composed of a spacious living room with a very well equipped kitchen and a dining area (the fireplace is not in use, but decorative). A 1rst little bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190), a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with ensuite bathroom and toilet, a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190), a mountain corner with 2 beds bunk (90x190) and a second bathroom (with shower and toilet), laundry room and an additional separate toilet.
The apartment has plenty of storage, 2 ski lockers and a private locked GARAGE (h = 2m, w=2.30m, l=5.20m) that you can use as bike storage.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.
