Located in one of the most prestigious touristic areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail shops and Forum Madeira shopping center.
At a walking distance you´ll find plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in the islands´ delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

- Please notice that Airbnb doesn't charge you the City Tax, so we will kindly ask you to pay this tax. The fee is of 2€ per person/per night (maximum of 7 nights), except for children under 13 which are exempt.
