This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse overlooking the pool is situated on the popular Playa III complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.

The townhouse has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over, and the other bathroom has a shower, The townhouse boasts four terraces, one at the front of the property overlooking the pool, a small terrace offthe 2nd double bedroom, another terrace leading off the master bedroom which leads to the stunning roof terrace. There is Air con throughout, and is included in the price, and fans in all of the bedrooms. The TV and internet are also included.

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas

As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous size outdoor terrace overlooking the communal pool. There is a smaller terrace off the double bedroom upstairs, and then a terrace off the master bedroom leading up to the roof terrace area.

The townhouse is in the popular Playa III, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with a large communal pool surrounded by gardens. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).

Living space

The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining area. Off the living room is the kitchen which comes equipped with, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room has 2 very comfortable sofas and a dining area. Internet and TV is included.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There is one twin bedroom and a shower room leading off the living room downstairs. On the first floor are two double bedroom. There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower over (washing machine is located in the cupboard).
