The Space:

The former commercial unit was turned into industrial style 3 bedroom apartment. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 80 m² there is space for up to 8 people. The living area offers a dining table, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The 2 bathrooms equipped with shower/WC. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience just a stone's throw away from Karl-Marx-Strasse & Rathaus Neukölln.

The Neighborhood:

The street and district is full of restaurants, bars, cafés, burger restaurants, tapas bars, etc. I'm sure you will find whatever you're looking for :)



Tempelhofer Feld, the former city airport which is a huge park now, is a great spot to hang out in summer.



Shopping mall Neukölln Arcaden are just a few meters as well.



Getting Around:

Underground stations U Karl-Marx-Str. & U Rathaus Neukölln with access to underground line U7 are just a few meters from the apartment.



Alexanderplatz: 15 minutes

Brandeburger Tor: 30 minutes

Please note that a check in is only possible online via our digital check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us. Our Support Team is available 24/7 via phone or chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
