The house is located in the locality of Geremeas inside the village Kala e Moru on the coastal road to Villasimius Sp 17 Km (phone Number Hidden)km from Cagliari and just 27km from Villasimius.
On request is available an outbuilding with 4 beds, kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom.
The house cozy and spacious inside a garden 1000mq with pinewood internal private parking places, is composed of kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed and a living area, double bedroom, double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
The terrace overlooks the beach and you can appreciate the evocative colors and the pleasant scents of the sea and the surrounding vegetation.
Equipment: fridge with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Tv.
On request bed for child from 0 to 5 years, highchair and games adapted to the age of the child.
The nearest airport is located in Cagliari and Porto in Cagliari.
The nearest beach reachable on foot is Geremeas Beach with transparent waters and crystalline colors more variety ranging from blue to light blue to green water very suggestive.
Nearby (5/10km) you will find market, pharmacy, doctor, local.
Geremeas Beach has a beach service with bar and hire cots/umbrellas.
In 30min you can reach the amusement park "diverland" very loved by families with children.
