The Space:

The former commercial unit for up to 7 people is located in the souterrain, has direct street access and was converted and renovated into a 3 bedroom apartment with 55 m².



The apartment has three separate bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed 160x200

• Bedroom 2: Sofa, convertible to a bed for 2 guests

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed 160x200 and single bed 90x200



The living area offers a

• Large dining area

• Flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function



The kitchenette is fully equipped with

• Dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster



There is bathroom with daylight, shower and a toilet, as well as a separate WC.
