Villa Areti is located in the area of Spilia in Chania and is just a short driving distance to the quaint fisherman's village of Kolymbari with its beach and resort amenities. A little further away is the popular resort of Platanias which has a great choice of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, plus beach. This 3 en suite bedroom property maintains some traditional Cretan features and has a private swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Areti is located in the village of Spilia to the west of Chania. It is a great location for those wanting to spend some time exploring the mountain villages and more remote beaches for which Crete is well-known. It is a short distance to the coastal resort of Kolymbari and the livelier resort of Platanias is a 20 minute drive away. What's more, the town of Chania, with its Venetian Harbour, is 10 minutes further.
