Ideally located just 5 minutes' walk from Coyevinas Beach and just a short walk to Kassiopi, enjoy lazy days by the pool and evenings spent in the tavernas and restaurants of the local harbour. Spacious, bright and airy with a smart pool terrace, the villa provides the perfect setting to relax in style. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and living space are included.

Villa Perlaki enjoys an excellent central location, perfect for beach lovers with Coyevinas Beach just 5 minutes' walk away. There's a handy mini market and a restaurant on the same road as the villa while Kassiopi village is reachable in less than 15 minutes' walk. The village is centred around an attractive harbour plus several shops, bars and tavernas. Should you choose to hire a car, you could easily explore the nearby beach resorts of Agios Stefanos and Kalami, or some of the island's charming villages.
