Villa Safran View, is a fabulous luxury 4 bedroom villa in the popular Kalamar area of Kalkan. With stunning sea views from all rooms, split level terraces, pool plus jacuzzi pool, this is truly a lovely villa. The fourth bedroom is under the pool terrace with separate access, and incorporates a mini-kitchenette and terrace with dining table and chairs. All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms benefit from floor to ceiling windows to fully appreciate the fabulous sea views.
The spacious open plan living area is divided into a modern luxury kitchen (dishwasher/washing machine/American style fridge freezer/oven/hob), with breakfast bar and granite worksurfaces. There’s also a dining area and ground floor WC. The comfortable lounge area has stunning views overlooking the split-level terraces and pool, and out to sea.

Lower Ground Floor – (Separate access. Not accessed from the main villa)

Luxury sunbeds adorn the sea view terrace, or you can relax on the comfy seating area. For dining, there’s a table and 8 chairs under a gazebo providing shade, plus a BBQ. Steps lead down to the fourth bedroom.
NB Please note that the villa is accessed by 50 steps from street level, thus making it unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
