villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living room with dining
area and eqquiped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two double
bedrooms (one is with en suite bathroom) and one twin bedroom, and one
family bathroom.

The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a
barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
