The flat Sicilian Charm is about 80 m.

The entrance door leads to the hallway from which continuing on the right you enter the kitchen / living room consists of: double sofa bed where in front there is a cupboard with the smart TV to cheer your hours of relaxation. On the right the dining area with a dining table and the kitchen complete with utensils, oven, PC, Mokka coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator.

The following door on the right side will lead you to the first bedroom complete with double bed, wardrobe and bed linen.

The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed, the lower bed is a double bed and the upper bed is a single bed. Also here there is a wardrobe.

Opposite the hallway is the bathroom complete with: WC, Bidet, Shower, Washbasin, washing machine and bathroom linen.

Pets are allowed on request.

There is air conditioning in the common areas except in the bedrooms and a smoke detector.
