A large stonebuilt BBQ is a popular asset in our villas so that the BBQ chef in your group is in his or her element.



The villa is spread over 3 floors and has all the amenities and mod cons you would expect from a modern villa The ground floor is bright and open plan with a comfortable lounge area with sofa and armchairs, TV, DVD, music system and free WiFi for your entertainment needs. A cloakroom on the ground floor is fully tiled with WC, wash basin, mirror and equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Patio doors from both the lounge and dining area allow you to step outside onto the pool terrace or enjoy the view from inside. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and everything you need to be able to prepare meals and snacks. A large table and chairs next to the kitchen should you wish to dine in the airconditioning or patio doors lead onto your al fresco dining area.



There is a quad room on the ground floor with 4 single beds, ideal for the children or extended family with its own modern bathroom with walk in shower and WC. The first floor has a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds with balcony with pool and seaview. The second bedroom on this floor has a wrought iron double bed also has direct access to the large balcony with view. Both bedrooms share the family bathroom with shower/wc and double sink area. On the upper floor you will find the master double with private ensuite shower/wc and large balcony with pool and seaviews. All rooms are fully air conditioned with a remote control to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.
