Villa Marline is in a great location, almost right in the centre of Calan Porter. There's a restaurant a few doors down, with many more to be found within a few minutes' walk. Plus, the beautiful sandy beach is 10 minute on foot, and the famous caves of Xoroi are nearby, too. This delightful 3 bedroom villa is well-equipped and comfortable, with a private swimming pool, BBQ and alfresco dining area. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

There's a restaurant just along the street, with many more in the resort centre, 5 minutes' walk away. Calan Porter has many restaurants, several cafes and ice cream parlours, plus a handful of shops. This resort is renowned not only for its magnificent sandy beach, a short walk away, but also for its cavern, the Coves of Xoroi, 20 minutes' walk from Villa Marline. Many alternative beaches, attractions and places to visit, including the capital, Mahon, and former historic capital, Ciutadella, are easily reached by car.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
